"The Pleasures of Immersion and Interaction" is an article that explains and introduces the word, schema (a genre convention or a preditermined expectation), and explains that there needs to be a balance of interaction so that the story line fails and not too little that there is no immersion (but not too much).  To aid in balance, the term 5th business is explored.  This term refers to an agent (in the form of voice over, sidekick, etc.) that helps push the story forward.
